JOB SUMMARY To assist in all matters related to Human Resource Management within the company and manage all human resources tasks. Some of the tasks include publicizing job openings when required, screening through applications and drafting job offers for selected candidates. The position also requires one to perform the basic operating functions of the Human Resource Management Department, handle areas such as personnel management, maintenance of Human Resource records and the overall operations of the department. Part of the requirement is to also carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in coordinating the recruitment process including organizing the interview session by liaising with the hiring manager.
Ensuring the recruitment and selection of the candidate matches the job and competency required by the management, through interviews, background checks, reference checks and evaluation of candidate’s assessment results.
Responsible to put up job advertisement and then start sourcing, screening and recruiting potential and suitable talents for any open positions through available online platforms.
Assist in organizing campus recruitment in order to search for suitable candidates to fill up the vacancies in the company.
Organize and execute the implementation of internship programmes including maintaining close working relationships with regulators, government bodies and universities/colleges.
Assist in organizing and participate in internal and external employee branding activities and other HR projects/assignments as required by the division and organization such as Career Fair, Company Annual Dinner, Training Events, etc.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with various recruitment sources such as recruitment agencies, educational institutions, job portals and many more.
General HR Duties
Providing general administrative support to the department such as ensuring confidential and accurate documentations, maintaining proper office filing & records systems and handling basic correspondences functions, at the same time ensure up-to-date record of staff information and personal files.
Updating and maintenance of attendance by uploading raw data into the e-attendance system to ensure attendance record is accurately stored.
3) To handle issuance of standard HR letters, documents, memorandums and other correspondences, such as warning letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter and any related correspondence as requested by HR Manager.

Assist in managing the group insurance which includes Group Term Life and Hospitalization while at the same liaising with the insurance agents for matters of insurance claims.
Attend to and process HR related issues requested by staffs from other department.
Identify areas for improvements on daily operations.
Assist with employee engagement activities and other management events approved by the management.
Provide assistance in authorizing medical claims and upkeep of medical claim record of all staffs.
Provide support in other area of Human Resource and assist in ad hoc projects as and when required.
Training and Development
Assist the Head of Training and Development in managing the training and development programs and ensure the programs are implemented accordingly.
Provide support in assisting the job analysis, HRDF claims and external training payments.
Assist in crafting, improving and developing the job descriptions of the staffs in some of the departments.
